MoniWatt for Axpert is part of the MoniWatt family of products, made by the team behind Pylon-Monitor. Axpert is a trademark of its respective owner; MoniWatt for Axpert is an independent accessory and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Axpert.
2. Hosting
The Site runs on servers operated by the publisher in France, connected through Free SAS (8 rue de la Ville l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France) and delivered through the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).
3. Terms of sale
3.1 Product. The Site sells the MoniWatt for Axpert, a Wi-Fi monitoring box with a colour screen for Axpert inverters, supplied with its communication cable and USB-C cable. It reads data and never changes the settings of your equipment. An optional online dashboard (the “Cloud”) is provided free of charge, without subscription; the box works fully without it. Photos are indicative.
3.2 Pre-order. The product is sold as a pre-order. Each box is prepared for the Axpert equipment you describe, loaded with its firmware and tested before it is shipped. It is therefore not dispatched on the day of the order but on the date stated in 3.4, which is shown before payment.
3.3 Price and payment. Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B CGI): the price shown is the price you pay. The pre-order price applies to orders paid before the date shown on the Site; after that date the regular price applies. Shipping is calculated for your country and shown before payment. Payment is taken in full at the time of the order, by card through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
3.4 Delivery date. Pre-orders are shipped on 10 November 2026 at the latest. You receive an e-mail with the tracking link when it ships. If we cannot ship by that date, we refund you in full within 14 days, unless you tell us in writing that you prefer to wait for a new date we give you.
3.5 Cancellation before shipping. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, for any reason, by e-mail to [email protected] or with the online form. We refund 100% of the amount paid, shipping included, within 14 days, to the card used.
3.6 Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU and UK may also withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, using the online withdrawal form or a simple e-mail. The product must be returned complete, in good condition; the cost of returning it is paid by the customer. We refund the product and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your request; we may wait until we receive the product back.
3.7 Warranty. The product benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). If the product is faulty within these periods, we repair or replace it and pay the return shipping.
3.8 Compatibility. We describe the Axpert models the box is made for. If, once the firmware is delivered, your exact model turns out not to be supported, you may return the product for a full refund, return shipping paid by us, within 30 days of delivery.
3.9 Disputes. These terms are governed by French law. Please contact us first: most problems are solved by e-mail within a few days. Consumers may also use the mediator of their choice and keep the protections of the law of their country of residence.
3.10 Business customers. For purchases by professionals, the invoice is paid at order; no discount for early payment; late payment penalty at the ECB rate plus 10 points and a fixed recovery fee of €40 (article L441-10 of the Commercial Code).
4. Privacy
What we collect. For an order: your name, e-mail, phone number, delivery address, the model of your equipment if you give it, and the payment status sent by Stripe. When you write to us: your message and e-mail address. Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested) for security, for 12 months at most.
The Cloud. Only if you switch it on in the settings of your box, its readings are sent over an encrypted connection and stored to show your online dashboard and history (up to 3 years). Switching it off stops the sending immediately; you can ask us to delete what is stored.
Why. To process and ship your order, keep you informed, handle returns and warranty, and meet our accounting obligations (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation).
Who receives it. Stripe (payment), our shipping carriers (delivery), Amazon Web Services (sending our e-mails). Nothing is sold or shared for advertising. This Site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long. Order data is kept for the time required by accounting law (10 years for invoices); the rest is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights. You may access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
