Which inverters does it work with?
Axpert-family off-grid and hybrid inverters with an RS232 port. The same design is sold under many brand names; if your inverter’s menus and display look like an Axpert, tell us the exact model and we check it before shipping.
My inverter has a different brand on it. Can I still use it?
Very likely, if it is built on the Axpert platform. Send us a photo of the label and the communication ports; we confirm before you pay, or test it before we ship.
RS232 or USB?
The box uses the RS232 port. On some models the USB port takes over the serial line when something is plugged into it, so leave the USB port free.
Can I keep my Wi-Fi dongle?
The dongle and the box use the same port, so it is one or the other. MoniWatt for Axpert works locally, without a cloud account.
Does it change inverter settings?
No. It only reads status. Settings stay on the inverter panel or your usual tool.
Parallel systems?
For several inverters in parallel, we start with one box per inverter. Tell us your setup.
When will it ship?
On 10 November 2026: each box is loaded with the Axpert firmware and tested on an Axpert-family inverter before it ships. If not, full refund unless you prefer to wait.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time before shipping, with a full refund including shipping.
Warranty?
Two years. If your model is not supported once delivered, return within 30 days for a full refund, return paid by us.
Is it made by Voltronic or Axpert?
No. MoniWatt for Axpert is an independent accessory designed in France. Axpert and Voltronic are trademarks of their owners.
